Service Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for one of our clients who need an Customer Appointment Controller to join their service team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a 'can-do' attitude, who can easily adjust to different tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and obtain necessary details about the required work and any problems the customer is experiencing.
  • Creating new customer records on the system and ensuring existing customer records are updated.
  • Scheduling work to maximise utilisation in the workshop
  • Informing customers of appointments booked and providing updates on progression
  • Raising job cards for each job ensuring they are passed to the relevant manager
  • Arranging courtesy cars and collection and delivery drivers

The successful candidate will have:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Attention to detail and good telephone manner required
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
