Salary/ Benefits/ Schedule:
- £30,000 - £35,000 (Dependant on Experience).
- Holidays: Enjoy 28 paid holiday days, including bank holidays.

- Monday - Friday (8.00am - 5.00pm)

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Service Controller/ Administrator to join their office within the Service Department due to continued growth. This position requires an organised candidate, who is comfortable with speaking with customers and providing technical support when required. Playing a pivotal role in managing the service operations and ensuring the smooth rental, purchase, and maintenance of machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operations comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Receiving incoming customer calls and enquiries, dealing with them professionally and in an appropriate manner.
- Ensure that all machinery meets quality and safety standards before and after hire.
- Schedule and coordinate the delivery, pick-up, and servicing of machinery according to customer requirements.
- Manage the scheduling and allocation of machinery.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance, repairs, and servicing activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Service Controller or similar role.
- Based within a commutable distance of Holyport, Maidenhead.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
