Your new role You will be working with a leading Social Housing provider in South Yorkshire, as part of a multidisciplinary team; to undertake inspections of residences, to diagnose and make evidence-based recommendations to ensure the housing portfolio is maintained at a high standard.
You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of surveys including planned and reactive maintenance repairs, voids, damp and mould and condensation surveys.
