Seven Resourcing are currently looking for 2x Maintenance Surveyors to work within a 12 week project in London. 1 will be working within Harrow, the other covering South East London, including Hounslow, Uxbridge, Ealing, Hammersmith, and the surrounding areas. You will be handling voids, complaints and disrepair. Also day to day inspections that include plumbing roofing carpentry, damp and mould.

Standard Rate: £25 per hour.
Bank Holiday Rate: £50 per hour
Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday.
Number of Vacancies: 2
Length of Contract: 12 weeks.
Job in a Nutshell:
You'll provide predictable, reliable and consistent outcomes to all Home Group customers, and stakeholders in the delivery of your work as a Surveyor. Primarily you'll be aligned to one of two work streams within the Maintenance function:
- Voids and Responsive.
- Safety and Compliance.
Qualifications and Knowledge:
- RICS or CIOB accredited Building Surveying degree or similar qualification, or strong equivalent experience built up through your working profession (that can be evidenced)
- The ability to investigate, diagnose and conduct complex property condition and dilapidation surveys, alongside specifying suitable remedial works.
- Experience of working in a Surveyor role or similar technical property maintenance team with current knowledge of building construction, repairs and safety that you can speak about and implement with confidence.
- A commercial mind-set, being curious and confident to challenge spend and quality of works, keeping projects and programmes of work to be delivered on time and within budget.
- The ability to keep a level head when things get busy, to organise your work in a way that prioritises the right tasks, at the right time, for the right reasons in accordance with our Customer Promise.
- A commitment to collaboration and communication to support your work stream, the wider Maintenance function and our colleagues and stakeholders to work smarter not harder.
