Freelance Project/Senior QS required ASAP for Residential Developer/Housebuilder in Cambridgeshire
I have an urgent requirement for a Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor for one of our key clients, a National Developer / Housebuilder in Cambridgeshire, to procure and commercially manage a 350+ unit scheme.
The role is primarily based in their Regional Office near Peterborough with site visits (North East of Cambridge) and flexible working.
You'll come from a residential developer and / or main contracting background and have experience of running your own projects commercially, from procurement to final account.
Due to the location of regional office and site, you'll also need to drive and have your own car.
The role is available on a freelance basis initially, with the potential for longer-term freelance or temp-to-perm if desired.
