We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer/Principal Mechanical Engineer on a contract position for a main consultancy in Epsom.
A Mechanical Engineer with strong water sector experiences able to deliver on technical design matters for a number of projects within a Water Utilities Capital Programme within a defined geographical area.
Working for a global leader within the heating industry you will be working in a team communicating with customers and engineers via phone and e-mail to provide an outstanding customer service experience.
This is an on-going temporary booking with the view of turning permanent so you must be available to start immediately.
The hours are 08.00 - 16.30 with 30 mins for lunch.
You will support the management of effective delivery of the clients' major repairs programme and investment projects by undertaking a wide range duties to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
You are required to have access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes, with a full UK driving licence.
In this role, the support engineer will resolve technical cases created by customers looking for help to understand or troubleshoot unexpected behaviours or to answer technical questions about the organisations software and platform.
