Provide guidance to employees and managers in core people policy areas including but not limited to: maternity, paternity, adoption and parental leave, sickness absence, flexible working and teleworking.

They are a family friendly organisation and operate flexible hours, for full time it's a 35 hour working week and you can start between 8am and 10am and finish between 4pm and 6pm.
