This newly created Senior HR Advisor role within this successful SME allows an opportunity to develop and progress internally.
Salary up to £45k + Benefits.
Site in North Birmingham, with 3 days per week on site.
Reporting into the Head of HR, as Senior HR Advisor you will have a full generalist remit including reviewing and updating the Employee Handbook, re-vamping the induction/new-starter programme and coaching and supporting Managers across employee relations.
As a Senior HR Advisor you will have a strong attention to detail, and will be able to adapt and influence with a variety of different stakeholders across the organisation.
