Your duties and responsibilities as a Senior Facilities Manager:
The Senior Facilities Manager is to support the management and provision of hard and soft facilities services including but not limited to compliance, hard and soft services, building maintenance, estate management, financial management of service charges and line management of the Assistant Facilities Manager, Facilities Manager and Facilities Co-Ordinator roles.
Your role as a Senior Facilities Manager is to support the FM delivery at a site in London and be on site 5 days per week.
Our client is a leading provider of facilities management services.
Your mission is to manage a 6 FM account, delivering exceptional facilities management services and ensuring complete client satisfaction whist, at the same time, ensuring contract profitability.
Their client is a global investment firm based in Mayfair.
This role will report to a Senior Facilities Manager and will be responsible for day to day onsite facilities services for approximately 7 offices with the region.
This role will involve being hands on with onsite services and being the team leader for onsite Facilities Assistants and Coordinators.
The Facilities team provide strategic support on projects, risk management, contract management, budget management and ensures the firm acts in accordance with local regulations and ISO standards.
