Job Overview: The Senior Paid Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing paid advertising strategies across digital platforms to achieve the organisation's marketing objectives.
The Senior Paid Media Manager is also responsible for staying updated on industry trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring that the team meets or exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs).
This role involves overseeing a team of paid media specialists, managing budgets, and continuously optimizing campaigns to improve performance.
Contribute to the delivery of communication strategies led by the Head of Communications Internal and Strategic Transformation for large-scale transformation and strategic programmes by managing the development and implementation of communications plans and campaigns both internally and externally as the lead person in this area.
Plan, deliver and evaluate communications plans for high-impact transformation programmes, working closely with corporate and clinical colleagues at all levels to help to develop engaging content.
