It is felt by the client that the role of Scrum Master will be best suited to someone with prior relevant experience acquired in manufacturing / engineering businesses rather than in the financial services / IT sectors.
Applicants should also be aware that this Interim Scrum Master role will be performed in situ and not remotely due to the high level of interaction with colleagues that the role demands.
It is therefore unlikely that candidates from outside manufacturing/engineering sectors will be interviewed for the role.
