Scrum Master ( Active SC required*)

£400pd. Outside IR35 OR £480pd, Inside (different workstreams). Remote, 6 months (initial). Start date: September 2024
SR2 is looking for multiple Scrum Masters to support a high profiile government engagement.
The project sets out to replace a legacy data service used by the department, with a modern cloud-based version, enabling them faster access to high quality data insights.
The project is being delivered using a product-centric approach with an iterative release of functionality. This means replacing portions of the former dataset one at a time meaning a gradual migration.
Experienced Required:
- Ability to operate in fast paced complex environments
- Strong knowledge base and experience of complex data and cloud solutions
- Mentored, coached and managed the performance of teams
- Strong communication skills
- Consultancy experience is desired
- Scrum Master Certified
- Active Security Clearance
As mentioend, the role is due to start in September 2024. Candidates will be required to go through NPPV sponsorship which may take 6-8 weeks.
