One of our public sector clients is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join their team as part of an on-going project.
You will have the following skills and experience:
- In depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP) with the ability to correctly apply them.
- Tooling and technology support with Azure DevOps boards for backlog management, Azure DevOps analytics and reporting
- Production and Analysis of Metrics
- Strong problem solver, capable of addressing potential issues before they arise.
- Experienced leader capable of working to tight deadlines.
- Strong project coordination skills.
- Knowledge of risk management processes / capable of identifying and mitigating risks.
- Focus on continuous improvement
- Experience coaching in agile practices and principles.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps, and IT operations.
- Experience working with development teams to achieve the programme deliverables.
This is a 25-month contract based in London. Our client is operating a hybrid working setup and as such you are required on-site 2 days per week. Competitive day rate (inside ir35) paid via umbrella company.
