Black Country Women's Aid (BCWA) is an established charity working across the Black Country and wider West Midlands providing accommodation and community support services to victims of domestic abuse, sexual abuse and human trafficking.

This role comes as an exciting opportunity for someone to manage a small team of Rangers delivering exciting work at Lydford and in the Southwest corner of Dartmoor.
In this role you'll play a key part in supporting the delivery of several projects including a lichen recovery project in partnership with Plantlife, and a Mid Teir Countryside Stewardship scheme in the Southwest Corner at Cadover.

This position is based at the National Trusts Llanerchaeron Estate, Ceredigion and will be an integral part of a small delivery team working on the Butterflies and Bell Flower Project, a Nature Networks Fund project which is funded by Welsh Government and administered by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
