Are you a strategic leader with a passion for the leisure industry? 4Leisure Recruitment are seeking an experienced Multi Site Manager to oversee a contract of four leisure centres in South Somerset. This is your chance to join a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in leisure services!
Key Responsibilities:
Business & Sales Management:
- Drive sales and develop the business plan to achieve key performance targets.
- Manage budgetary and cost centre performance across multiple sites.
Operational Management:
- Ensure the highest standards in the daily management and operation of leisure services and events.
People Management:
- Lead recruitment, development, and day-to-day management of all staff, maintaining high performance and work standards.
Partnership Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local authority partners to ensure contract compliance and delivery of their objectives.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Exceptional commercial awareness with a proven track record in managing sales targets and income performance.
- Senior operational experience in the leisure industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing cultural change.
- Experience overseeing multi-site operations, including large-scale events.
- Strong IT skills for producing and interpreting reports and data.
- Awareness of industry trends and developments.
- Proficient in problem-solving, project management, customer service, and staff management.
Location:
South Somerset
Salary:
£50-£55k p/a
Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based within the centres
Contract Type:
12-month Fixed Term Contract with potential for a permanent role thereafter
