Part Time Administrator £12/Hour Temp Ongoing The company: Pertemps are recruiting for a sales member on a temporary ongoing basis, on behalf of a manufacturing company in the Dudley area. The role: Help aide the smooth running of the admin office in a fast-paced environment. Main Responsibilities: General administrative dutiesphotocopying, scanning, and filing. Sales administration experience preferable but not essential. Processing sales orders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Answering and providing a solution to customer queries via phone calls and email. Dealing with inbound purchase orders, ensuring they are processed correctly. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Good attention to detail. Confident use of Microsoft PackagesWord, PowerPoint, Excel. Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated with the ability to work independently or alongside a team. Providing support to other departments when required (sickness/holiday) Highly organised, enthusiastic, team player. Hours of Work: Monday, Tuesday, & Friday: 8am to 5pm £12 p/hour
