The company:
Pertemps are recruiting for a sales member on a temporary ongoing basis, on behalf of a manufacturing company in the Dudley area.
The role:
Help aide the smooth running of the admin office in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties—photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Sales administration experience preferable but not essential.
- Processing sales orders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Answering and providing a solution to customer queries via phone calls and email.
- Dealing with inbound purchase orders, ensuring they are processed correctly.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail.
- Confident use of Microsoft Packages—Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated with the ability to work independently or alongside a team.
- Providing support to other departments when required (sickness/holiday)
- Highly organised, enthusiastic, team player.
Hours of Work:
Monday, Tuesday, & Friday: 8am to 5pm
£12 p/hour
