Location: Armley, Leeds, LS12
Position: Office-Based, Full-Time

Type: Temporary – Duration 2 weeks up to 3 months. There is potential this role could also be made permanent should you and the employer see fit. We also do have permanent roles available so please do apply should you wish to discuss.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:30 Friday 08:30 – 16:30

Pay: £11.44 - £12.44 p/h depending on experience

We are a leading firm in our industry supplying security solutions and are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to work alongside our fantastic team to provide excellent service to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering & logging sales related calls
  • Noting down messages from customers on our CRM system
  • Handling customer payments
  • Dealing with stock queries
  • Keeping customers updated
  • Speaking with logistics firms ensuring timely delivery of supplies
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Completing relevant sales paperwork and filling correctly
  • Dealing with some accountancy based tasks as required
  • Other admin related tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sage software experience is ideal but not preferable.
