Pre-Sales Engineer / Technical Account Manager - Candidates MUST come from a Financial / Banking background with excellent business knowledge across a number of different Asset Classes (Equities, Futures, Options, Swaps) combined with an in depth knowledge of IT / Trading Applications, Networks and Servers.
The primary objective is to work as part of the company's Sales Team as a Technical subject matter expert, supporting the sales process to ensure that prospective clients are fully informed about the capabilities of the company's product offering and will involve most stages from initial prospect meetings through to implementation and ongoing Technical queries.
Day to day the job is expected to involve meeting prospects, explaining our platform and offering to them, liaising with the Product Management department to ensure the feasibility of and scope out new requirements for our platform, prepare presentations of both a technical and business nature and respond to prospect queries whether in the form of ad-hoc questions or RFI/RFP format engagements.
