As an IT Systems Analyst you will be working as part of a team reporting into the IT Manager, supporting, maintaining, and developing the current core network and infrastructure across the business. Our prestigious client is a UK owned and managed business with 80 years of product history. They produce goods principally for the UK Retail markets. Answer the on-call phone call one weekend per month and assist our clients. Identify other sales opportunities with the client by cross-selling / promoting the services. Candidate attraction: Utilising jobs boards, writing compelling and innovative job adverts to attract top Caliber candidates. Utilising head-hunting methodologies to seek out niche talent whilst using our in-house tech to source candidates. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Previous experience with phone and in-person interviews and screening. Recruitment or sales focused background is essential. Familiarity with social media and other professional job boards. 12 months recruitment experience. Confidence in leasing with New and existing clients. Previous experience within a target driven environment. Be driven and passionate in providing a high-quality service. Full UK driving license - Essential.
