The role is full time, Monday to Friday with hybrid work arrangements, currently the team are working once a week in the office, but the role does require onsite visits due to the nature of the role.
Experienced / qualified building surveyor to carry out full property surveys specifically in relation to condensation & damp diagnosis.

Experience and Skills
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting on a day-to-day basis.
General
This is a Permanent Quantity Surveyor position for a main contractor with projects predominately in South London, Kent & Surrey on projects valued between £3 - £60m.
You will be based at their Woolwich office with 2-3 days on site.
The postholder needs to be experienced in mechanical and electrical works, delivering both service schedules and reactive works across a broad spectrum to include lifts, door entry systems, alarm call systems, fire safety equipment, water testing, gas energy systems and appliances, communal heating & hot water systems and alternative green renewable energy solutions such as ground and air source heat pumps, solar panels.
The role will primarily be responsible for the proper and efficient maintenance of the installations, plant and equipment across the housing stock.
This is a key role in terms of delivering services in compliance with health and safety requirements and is wide ranging and complex-covering planned maintenance, inspection and installation of equipment and services.
