Role Description
This is a Permanent Quantity Surveyor position for a main contractor with projects predominately in South London, Kent & Surrey on projects valued between £3 - £60m.
You will be based at their Woolwich office with 2-3 days on site.
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting on a day-to-day basis.
Experience and Skills
- Must have main constructing experience with RC framed building
- Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
- BOQ and Cost Planning experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Relevant Quantity Surveying qualifications
Salary : £60k + package .... negotiable DEO
