We are looking for a new Recovery / Support Worker - Mental Health to join our established team in Moseley, South Birmingham.
Working hours range from 7.45am to 8.15pm.
We are offering a permanent contract that requires 37.5 hours a week of work, working across a 365 rota (so you'll need to be available to work at least 6 days per week).

About The Role
Support Auditors will be part of our Quality Assurance Team, who's function it is to ensure that providers of Care and Support are meeting the required standards in line with compliance, service regulations and policies & procedures, when delivering and recording support.
The role will work with other colleagues across the organisation, to meet all compliance requirements, including following escalation procedures where Care and Support, or documentation is outstanding or unsatisfactory.
The role will involve liaising and meeting with service providers daily, maintaining and developing the audit framework for completing support audits & planning support auditing in a timely manner.
Requirements: Complex care experience , Flexibility, ideally driver but not essential.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide VISA sponsorship and we do not hire on a relocation basis, you must currently be based in/around the Wednesbury area and able to commute.
The majority of our experience had been gained within the field of Learning Disabilities and Mental Health, both corporately and within service management and delivery.
We began operationally trading on the 30th July 2007 with the opening of our first service, a day centre in the Birmingham area supporting service users from the local surrounding areas.
