Our client are seeking an ambitious and confident Customer Support Supervisor to join their e-commerce in their office team based just outside of Woodcote.
Working closely with the wider Customer Service team, you will support customers with their purchases, ensuring the highest standard of service at all times.

Day to Day of the role
Oversee the workflow of all customer enquiries across various channels, ensuring quick resolution in line with company standards.
As a Team Leader Supported Living / Supervisor Supported Living/ Field Care Supervisor/Senior Carer, you will be an integral part of the team, ensuring high-quality support across multiple locations, this role is community and office based.
NO SLEEP INS REQUIRED; About the role
£1,000 Welcome Bonus, 50% after successful completion of probation and 50% after 9 months.
