Customer Support Supervisor

Our client are seeking an ambitious and confident Customer Support Supervisor to join their e-commerce in their office team based just outside of Woodcote.
Working closely with the wider Customer Service team, you will support customers with their purchases, ensuring the highest standard of service at all times.
The role:
- Dealing with customer enquiries over phone and email
- Advice on product warranty policies and investigate claims
- Liaise with other departments to resolve complaints and queries
- Support department manager with team planning, including appraisals and training
- Process orders and administer discounts
- Support with returns and refunds
- Some front of house duties including greeting visitors and directing phone calls
You will need:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service experience
- Experience within a retail or e-commerce environment
- Use of Sage, Zendesk and Chatbot would be beneficial#
- Relevant degree is desirable
