As Customer Support & Resolutions Manager, you will lead on our response to complaints, MP and Councillor enquiries, and management of complex and high profile cases, working alongside other colleagues and partnering contractors to identify lessons learned and service improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Investigate and respond to complaints in line with our Complaints Policy and Procedure.
Responsible for the operational support management and effective delivery of multi-disciplinary services within Housing.
Provide high quality management to support staff, empowering them to support residents to make positive changes and informed choices moving towards independent living.
Equivalent CIH L3 in Housing, or higher in housing
The clients customers are predominantly single homeless aged between 18 60 years and may have support needs including mental health, physical health, substance misuse, offending.
