We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Partners at our esteemed client's executive search firm.
This is a short-term, 6-week role, ideal for a professional with extensive experience in executive support and a background in high-level administrative roles.
To be responsible for providing responsive, high quality, professional and timely executive support to the Mayor and for ensuring the Executive Support Team operates efficiently and effectively in a highly pressured environment.
To provide a responsive, high quality, professional and timely support to the Chief Executive/Corporate Directors and associated governance including responsibility for all aspects of the smooth running of meetings, from effective forward planning to attending in person to take minutes.
To work collaboratively with the Head of Mayor's Office to ensure that the services provided by the team are strategically aligned with other functional areas to enable a seamless approach to service delivery and to continually improve policies, procedures and processes that meet business needs.
The Company provides a support service to single adults who have experienced homelessness, are vulnerable and have support needs, including accommodation.
In this role, you will be serving as an operations administrator providing service to key departments within the office and providing the highest levels of customer service.
Collaboration with all departments within our open-plan office is an essential aspect of daily work.
You will provide administrative and organisational support to the Executives.
