Executive Assistant

We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and CFO of our FTSE-250 listed Group and the CEO of our Transact Platform. Your responsibilities are as below, but as this is a new role, you will have the opportunity to shape and guide the role and grow it further as required.

The Role

You will provide administrative and organisational support to the Executives.

Responsibilities will include:

o Calendar management, prioritising enquiries and requests, troubleshooting conflicts and making judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day to day engagement

o A broad variety of administrative tasks to facilitate the effective leadership of the organisation, including but not limited to:

  • - Assisting with projects.
  • Drafting documents, reports and presentations.
  • Collecting and preparing information for meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Co-ordination and preparation for Executive Committee meetings, tracking actions and minute taking as required.
  • Inbox management, managing emails and keeping track of outstanding tasks as required
  • Organising travel and accommodation for events.
  • Expenses preparation.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Executive Assistant, used to working at an Executive level, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You should be used to managing a wide range of conflicting priorities, whilst being pro-active and hands on. You should be practical, with a common sense approach, capable of anticipating needs and requirements in advance of meetings and determining priorities for meetings and calendar management. Previous Financial Services experience and an understanding of working in a regulated environment is essential, as are excellent IT skills. Any previous experience of working in a Listed Company would also be of benefit.

The role is based in our central London office, working a minimum of two days a week in the office and three days a week from home.
