An exciting opportunity has come up to support the CEO of an extremely successful asset management company. They are looking for a fully remote Executive Assistant to join their growing team. You will need to be UK based as you may be required to meet in London/ Edinburgh once a month.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Business Support (75%):
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Conduct research and gather information on various business topics as assigned
- Project manage tasks given by the CEO
- Assist in the organisation and execution of company events, internal & external meetings
- Handle administrative tasks
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication and relationships
- Interview and onboard new employees
Personal Support (25%):
- Provide personal assistance to the CEO, including managing personal appointments, setting up meetings
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with personal travel arrangements, reservations, and itineraries as needed
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives related to the CEO's personal interests and commitments
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience as an assistant or similar role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and courteous demeanour
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and using Asana
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and situations
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Ability to anticipate needs and take proactive measures to address them
