The successful helpdesk Coordinator will come from a manufacturing background and have the ability to coordinate a large team of managers and supervisors within the business.
As the Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for the overall management and scheduling of client rotas and will participate in the on-call rota.
With outstanding planning and organisational skills, you will ensure care resources are used efficiently, using excellent communication skills throughout all call planning and delivery.
