The role reports to the Rates CAO and will be responsible for the overall administrative activities of the business in Europe and will help the broader rates sales business execution team with the global initiatives to support the business in its strategy & business development, as well as to maintain a robust 1st Line of defense control environment and culture to minimize operational risk within the business.
Develop and implement segmented and targeted GTM propositions and launch marketing plans for successful new partner and product opportunities and launches.
Act as the marketing account manager for new partners and champion the brand from prospecting through to post launch period.
