Role: Commercial Strategy Lead Salary/Rate: £81 per hr (inside IR35) Location: Hybrid - nr Reading 2x pw + London office visits 1-2x pm Contract Duration: 18 months
We are currently looking for a Commercial Strategy Lead for our government client. This Commercial Strategy Lead role is hybrid, based 2 days per week on site and the remainder of the week working remotely. Office locations include Aldermaston or Winnersh, as preferred. You will also be required to attend meetings in London as required, approx. 1-2 x per month, as well as travel to workshops/sessions at other client organisations.
The contract for the Commercial Strategy Lead position is initially 18-months with potential to extend, offering an hourly rate within the range of £ 75 to £ 81.74, operating inside IR35.
Security Clearance: Security Check ("SC Clearance") + eligible for Developed Vetting ("DV Clearance")
This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role, it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.
Role Profile/Responsibilities:
- Experience delivery high value Infrastructure projects
- NEC/PCR Experience understanding the Governance
- Leadership experience/People Management
- 5+ years' experience
- Previous experience developing high value commercial sourcing strategies
- Experience delivering sourcing strategies
- Strong soft skills and emotional intelligence
- Task Managing
- Stakeholder Management
- NEC experience
