About the role

As an Ecommerce Analyst, you will be joining the Digital Acceleration Team, within No7 Beauty Company, to support the mass personalisation ambition for our main digital brands in our lead markets. You will improve our data driven marketing mission by making sure we are measuring the impact of our digital acceleration and the benefits of our new Martech projects.Your primary goal will be to support and develop the analytics workstream of our Martech programme and ensure we are delivering business benefits by tracking KPIs growth through our new analytics tools. We are spread across several offices so you can be based either in London or Nottingham to work with the rest of the Digital Acceleration Team.You will be working closely with the different product owners in the digital acceleration team and support the Global Digital Enablement Manager with strategy to drive the data driven marketing mission. We recently invested in several Martech tools including the Adobe suite including Adobe Analytics and a Customer Data Platform which give us access to a lot more data and insights. We are looking for an Ecommerce Analyst to help maximise the investment into these technology by ensuring the wider team can access insightful reports, analytics and making sure we are tracking growth by reporting the programme benefits through the right KPIs.Responsibilities

  • Analyse Market Trends and Competitor Insights and turn data from multiple sources into consolidated views which are accessible by the wider team. Extract valuable data & insights to make informed decisions and increase more growth. E.g. monitor growth in line with market.
  • Ensure use of tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and our Customer Data Platform are maximised and optimized over time, while maintaining data integrity. Create and maintain an Analytics Roadmap to support business requirements.
  • Report commercial benefits on the delivery of our overall Martech programme, including media and work with product owners to ensure the right KPI's are monitored throughout their own use cases.
  • Ensure a Test and learn approach to audience, segments, and data. Plan and deploy our Media Testing agenda through Liveramp, our CDP (Customer Data Platform) and the Adobe suite, using 1st,2nd & 3rd party data. Ensure data volume and quality, data matching/mapping, redundant data removal & governance audits
  • Partner with our key agency & Retail partners to ensure they have access and can readily use segments created. Optimise media buys along the funnel by applying data and supporting the local teams
  • Partner with many stakeholders including Martech Partners, Data & Retail analytics (Econometrics) teams (i.e.: Boots/Walgreens), insight team (CP&I) to consolidate and improve Reporting & Analytics processes.
  • When creating new data exports or imports, collaborate with the Data Protection & Privacy Team to ensure data collection methods are compliant and support the governance process so colleagues/3rd Parties are guided on latest developments in best practice and follow privacy rules.

What you'll need to have

  • Exceptional analytical skills with a good understanding of Success Metrics and KPI (key performance indicators)
  • Experience with web analytics tools and tag manager
  • Previous hands-on Analytics and CDP experience ideally with Adobe Analytics
  • Proven ability to manage data and analysing large data sets. A natural problem solver who can dissect complex business problems and find innovative ways to deliver a solution.
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations in a structed and clear way using data storytelling and visualisation tools.
  • Team player able to work within Cross functional team who is proactive, detail-oriented and organized
