As Depot Administrator, you will be responsible for answering the telephone, transferring calls, taking messages, generating invoices, processing timesheets, submitting warranty claims, verifying purchase orders, processing credit / debit card payments, petty cash, banking, maintaining sickness and holiday reports, postal duties, monitoring stock and stationery, filing and supporting administration.
Our client based in Wymondham is seeking a Depot Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm.
Our client is a building service provider who offers insurance repairs and complete restoration and maintenance services, they are looking for an experienced Administrator.
We can offer a full or part time role and flexible working hours.
The Role
To assist with the day-to-day administration, scheduling works repairs, progamming, materials orders, accounting and provide support to the management and field delivery team.
We are currently recruiting for a great company who are looking to onboard an Administration and Support Services Coordinator to join their team.
The role will offer full training so we are seeking someone with excellent Administration skills, a high level of attention to detail and confident Excel skills.
