R13 Recruitment are supporting a reputable, specialist retailer in their search for an experienced Retail Supervisor to join their established sales team. You will be responsible for supervising a small team, managing stock levels and assisting customers as required.
This is a full time, permanent position working 9.00am - 5.30pm, 5 days a week between Monday and Saturday. The offered salary for this opportunity is up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The day to day
- Taking responsibility for stock ordering, levels and presentation.
- Supervising a small team of employees.
- Assisting customers in locating desired items and providing recommendations.
- Receiving and unpacking incoming stock.
- Arranging product displays and setting prices.
- Upholding excellent cleanliness standards.
You will have/be
- Previous supervision and team management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well organised with time management skills.
- A strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
