A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Administrator to join our client's busy rental team in Norwich.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with breakdowns and problem-solving.
  • Advising customers of service work/ MOT's that are due.
  • Liaise with other depots, technicians, drivers and customers.
  • Completing various administrative tasks.
  • Once full trained you will help with the daily running of the maintenance department to cover your Supervisor when required

Requirements:

  • Must have 2+ years Administrative experience in a similar role.
  • Good mechanical knowledge is essential!
  • Confident dealing with a variety of customers and clients.
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Computer Literate

Working Hours:

8am to 6pm Monday to Friday

22 days paid holiday per annum PLUS bank holidays.
