The successful candidate will work within a team of who provide a single point of contact for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants..
The successful candidate's responsibilities
Processing property applications
Referencing prospective tenants
Arranging inventories
Arranging for the necessary compliance reports
Preparing tenancy agreements
Preparing and issuing move in packs
Accompanying viewings
Preparing sales particulars
Sending offer letters
Preparing sales memos
The successful candidate's skill requirements:
An ability to prioritise and time manage
Professional communication skills – both written and verbal
A positive attitude
The ability to keep calm under pressure
A professional appearance
A proactive attitude
Team player
On-site parking
Schedule:
Monday to Friday and one Saturday per month on a rota basis
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (required)
