Our social housing client are seeking an experienced individual to join their office as repairs administrator, this is a fully office-based role offering £25000 - £29000 per annum.
You will be dealing with calls and emails and liaising with tenants and clients, you will be coordinating repairs and providing quotes for these, updating databases, and providing an excellent customer service.
You will be a strong communicator with the ability to work effectively in a timely manner.
Act as the main point of contact for repairs administration for residents and internally.
Proactively manage repairs to ensure that works are completed within targets and residents are kept informed.
