Repairs Administrator

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Liverpool, who are recruiting for a Repairs Administrator on a permanent basis.

The annual salary is £26,000 per annum + 20 days annual leave.

The ideal candidate will have experience scheduling repairs, liaising with contractors and have worked within Social Housing.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Take calls from Social Housing tenants regarding required repairs and schedule for Trade Operatives to complete the repairs
  • Answer any tenant/operative queries regarding works
  • Manage diaries for trade operatives and ensure information regarding repairs work is logged onto in-house systems
  • Deal with any incoming complaints and pass onto relevant departments

Experience required:

  • Experience in a phone based customer service based role
  • Experience booking in repairs/property works is desirable

Working hours:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
