A housing association is currently looking for a Disrepair Administrator on a temporary basis for about 3 months
Key responsibilities are as follows
Monitor team in-box
Raise and receipt Purchase orders
Liaise with contractors, Legal Team members and Surveyors regarding day to day enquiries
Manage Surveyor Diaries booking in appointments for inspections
Contacting residents with regard enquiries around work cases
Case Management,monitor cases and moving status on workwise system as required to eventual resolution
PAYE £20.42 Umbrella £26.84
Essential Requirements
A repairs administration background would be desirable but not essential
Excellent on Word & Excel
Must be imemdiately available or on short notice
