We are seeking to recruit a full-time, home manager with excellent leadership skills, and have knowledge and understanding of the Children's home regulations and care standards and takes a positive and committed approach in developing the team to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people aged 8 - 17 years.
As the Home Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running of the Children's Home, in line with Children Homes Regulations including the expectations and standards as set out in the home's Statement of Purpose and Ofsted promoting the safeguarding of young people's welfare and ensuring compliance and to participate in the on-call roster in support of the Children's Home.
