This company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to their senior management team.
As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the senior management team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Supporting both a Lead and Assistant File Handler, performing delegated tasks, to pursue the progression and/or resolution of a file as a soon as practically possible.
The role with involve working upon complex and high value military claims in a fast paced environment allowing for development in NIHL cases.
Key Accountabilities
To undertake initial steps on a file including sending out acknowledgements, and procedural documents such as registration of CRU and the obtaining of key documentation.
