This position offers both full and part-time opportunities, with the potential for permanent placement for the right candidate, starting ASAP.

As a Teaching Assistant at this esteemed primary school, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic and social development of students. The ideal candidate will be engaging, reliable, and skilled at building strong professional relationships with both staff and students. Working closely with the whole class, you will also have the opportunity to lead small group activities and provide 1:1 support to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience working with primary-aged children, particularly in KS1 and/or KS2 settings. Confidence in addressing students with varying abilities, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, are essential qualities we are looking for in potential candidates. Additionally, the ability to collaborate effectively within a team, along with up-to-date knowledge of assessment techniques, will be advantageous.
