FRS are recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a reputable SME based in Coventry.
Working as part of a friendly & welcoming finance team, you will be responsible for an array of finance duties, ensuring accuracy and good comms with colleagues across all levels of the business. You will be reporting into a company Accountant & responsible for processing both Purchase & Sales Ledgers & supporting the Accountant during month-end.
Duties Will Include
- Managing the Sales and Purchase Ledger
- Supporting the production of accounts to trial balance
- Credit Control
- Checking, coding up and entering purchase invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements & making payments via BACS
- Dealing with copy invoices and supplier queries
- Monthly production of client sales invoices
- Adhoc tasks / reporting
