Morgan Philips is working with a professional services company based in Leeds who are searching for a Reward Lead to join them for 12 months on a contract basis paying up to £85,000pa.
PLEASE NOTE THE CONTRACT FOR THIS ROLE WILL BEGIN IN SEPTEMBER/ OCTOBER 2024.
This role is hybrid however you will only be required to attend the office once every 2 weeks!
Partner with stakeholders at all levels across the business to deliver a value-added HR service in line with the needs and prioirities of the business.
Manage the delivery of employee relations support to managers (and colleagues) through robust practices in case management.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the Reward team for a well known Bristol based company to cover a period of maternity.
As the Reward Lead you will be responsible for reward and benefits supporting a headcount of c.3,000.
The Reward Lead reports to the HR Director and is ultimately responsible for the delivery of the reward and benefits agenda supported by a reward team.
