Location- Leeds
office- 2x a week
Deliverables below:
- Manage the delivery of employee relations support to managers (and colleagues) through robust practices in case management
- Partner with stakeholders at all levels across the business to deliver a value-added HR service in line with the needs and prioirities of the business
- Proactively influence, support, develop and coach managers to manage the full spectrum of employee relations issues, using policies and procedures, ideally resolving issues informally where possible
- Support the continuing review of all People policies, procedures and practices, implementing changes where appropriate
- Manage and co-ordinate any external claims, balancing business risk with company standards and Values
Skills required:
- Sound progression through a number of HR positions
- Excellent understanding of employment law and employee relations
- Self-motivation, with the ability to work under own initiative
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible approach to working; being able to work under pressure in a fast, dynamic and driven environment
- Well organised, with the ability to manage own time and prioritise workloads
- Able to make decisions which balance business and legislative needs
- CIPD qualified with active affiliation
- Knowledge and experience of TUPE
