Our client, a leading London university, is looking to appoint a Senior Recruiter to manage multiple end-to-end recruitment campaigns for their in-house recruitment team.
This role is running for 3 months in the first instance, and you will be required on site in central London 2 days per week.
Duties will include
Working with hiring managers to agree hiring plan for each role including defining times for shortlisting and interviews, advertising and routes to market strategy, social media engagement (e.g Linked In), and assessment.
Initially this is a temporary assignment, primary duties will include:- To lead a programme team to deliver improvements in recruitment and talent acquisition covering the following areas of work: - Set the strategic direction in recruitment, leading on revising, refreshing and implementing recruitment policy, process and approach to ensure these meet the needs of the organisation - Lead a team to provide specialist support and guidance to managers on recruitment, providing innovative and creative resourcing solutions and trialling new approaches to support attraction and recruitment, particularly to hard to fill posts across the organisation.
