Role Overview: As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in attracting and placing new candidates in various positions with our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
" Finding new candidates on various job boards
" Speaking to multiple people daily over the phone
" Sending out registration forms and conducting ID checks
" Providing excellent candidate care and support
" Occasionally visiting clients or assisting candidates with transportation to their workplace
Key Responsibilities:
" Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards and other resources to identify and attract new candidates.
" Communication: Engage with potential candidates over the phone, providing information and support.
" Administration: Manage registration forms, conduct ID checks, and maintain accurate records.
" Client Interaction: Visit clients when necessary to ensure smooth placements and strong relationships.
