Our client, a leading London university, is looking to appoint a Senior Recruiter to manage multiple end-to-end recruitment campaigns for their in-house recruitment team.
This role is running for 3 months in the first instance, and you will be required on site in central London 2 days per week.
Duties will include:
- Working with hiring managers to agree hiring plan for each role including defining times for shortlisting and interviews, advertising and routes to market strategy, social media engagement (e.g Linked In), and assessment.
- Proactively sourcing candidates using job boards, agencies, meet ups, social media platforms, internet research, referrals, general headhunting, community groups and other innovative methods to attract the best possible candidates for our roles efficiently and cost effectively.
- Supporting hiring managers by pre-screening applicants and informing shortlist.
You will need proven experience of full life-cycle recruitment experience within an in-house or RPO environment, and experience of working within a complex 'matrix' organisation.
You must be a self-starter, and be able to handle complex working environments. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for roles spanning fundraising, philanthropy, finance, and in international markets.
