Recruitment Assistant

A global designer and retailer are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis!

Recruitment Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a team of three recruitment assistants providing escalation support
  • Supporting with recruitment for the graduate scheme visa across Europe
  • Reviewing and screening a high-volume of CV applications
  • Conducting phone screen interviews
  • Scheduling multiple candidate interviews
  • Coordinating assessment centres
  • Acting as the first point-of-contact for candidates

Recruitment Assistant Essentials:

  • 6 to 12 months of coordination experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A willingness to learn
